For Those Days You Don’t Want to do Anything…
Ever wake up feeling like the weight of the world is on your chest, convincing you to stay under the blankets?
We’ve all been there.
Another day of work? You’ve gotta be kidding me.
There’s a stark difference between the doers and the nondoers:
They get out of bed.
The Struggle We All Face
We don’t want to face the problems of the day.
Some days I don’t want to hold an appointment or make that difficult phone call.
These days, you progress the most when you actually do the work.
This past March, I had a buyer who had no choice but to back out of buying a house they were under contract for.
I remember waking up the morning of the day I had to call the seller’s agent. I was dreading this phone call. We were about ten days from closing, and I had to be the bearer of bad news.
That morning, I was super stressed thinking about this phone call.
- “Will they be angry?”
- “This is going to look bad for me”
- “Maybe I should send a text instead because they’re probably busy”
