Is This the End for Snapchat?

Personally, I love Snapchat. I would much rather use Snapchat stories than Facebook stories and Instagram stories. No knock on those 2 platforms, but I think Snapchat stories is much sleeker and more user friendly than the latter (unless it’s the Android version of Snapchat which is just awful).

Evan Spiegel (Snapchat founder) has to figure out the best strategy for improving their product as a whole. Instagram and Facebook have replicated Snapchat stories but with a little bit of a twist. Instagram and Facebook stories are starting to gain more traction among the key Snapchat demo, but I am not sure if they will completely take it over. Only time will tell.

Is Snapchat the lost art in social media marketing? Well let’s lay out the groundwork. If your target audience is between the ages of 15 and 30, then yes, Snapchat is the lost art of social media marketing.

The majority of businesses have their attention on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Most brands and businesses completely ignore Snapchat because they simply don’t know how to use it to market their product/service.

If your target audience is in the 15–30 range, then you have to be on Snapchat. No excuses.

On the other hand, if your target audience is not in this demographic, you don’t…
