Why It’s Hard To Believe in Anything — And How to Change That

“If we don’t believe in anything, it becomes very hard to find anything worth believing in.”

There are those of us out there who don’t know what to believe in.

I’m at a point in my life where I’m questioning what I believe in. Do I believe I’m on the right trajectory? Do I believe I’m in the right career? Do I actually believe I will accomplish what I told myself I would do?

These are all valid questions. I guess you could say this is my “quarter-life crisis.” Going back and forth with my thoughts and the different emotions I’m experiencing each day. Do I really want to do what I’m doing?

As human beings, we all question the path we’re on at some point. Most of us stay the course and see it through, and some of us veer off the path and find a different direction to go towards.

That’s the beautiful thing about life. You can try so many different things and see what works for you. You can fail countless times and choose to get back up if you desire.

You quit or keep going. You decide what you want to believe in. You decide if there’s anything you want to believe in.
